Our story
Elite Cleaning Service SA is a family owned and operated business. It began when Hannah Skara started cleaning homes while studying at university. After graduating, she moved into commercial cleaning with a clear vision: put people first, make quality visible, and utilise technology to deliver efficiency and a better client experience. As Owner and Director of Operations, Hannah keeps leadership close to the work, so teams are supported, and client standards stay steady.
To deliver that vision, the company chose an employee business model because it creates a personalised and consistent service. When we employ our staff directly, we can train them to each client’s site, schedule regular shifts and build a team culture around our values.

Elite Cleaning Service SA is owner-led, with a small admin function and a crew of 10-12 cleaners who work across multiple sites each week. Each site has a regular cleaner assigned, so routines remain consistent from visit to visit. We keep teams tight enough to care, with supervision close to the work, so feedback turns into action quickly.
How we work
Scaling to your needs
We scale to fit your site and schedule. Single sites get a regular cleaner and steady visits; multi-site portfolios get coordinated rosters from one to seven days a week, with coverage adjusted for seasonal peaks, audit weeks, tenant moves and planned deep-clean cycles. Periodic work is scheduled so presentation holds as hours and occupancy change.
From site visit to inspections
Every new job starts with a site visit. We walk the spaces with you, confirm access and any sensitivities, then write a room-by-room checklist and schedule that match your rhythms. Your assigned cleaner is inducted to surfaces, chemicals, alarms and housekeeping rules. We confirm the request channel and shadow early visits so the routine beds in. Supervisors conduct regular inspections, share the outcomes, and adjust the plan when necessary. You can request attendance summaries, inspection notes, and photos when they are helpful in briefing stakeholders.

We are currently using Slack as a straightforward channel between administrators, cleaners, and clients, so that requests and updates do not get missed. After hours, security and access
Most cleans happen after hours. We record keys and FOBs, store alarm instructions securely and follow your access rules. Photo confirmation at lock up is available when you prefer an image of secure doors or an armed panel. The idea is simple courtesy and clear proof, so everyone rests easier.
